Loyola University is recruiting for the POSITION OF TECHNICAL OFFICER FOR THE UNIT FOR TEACHING TRAINING AND INNOVATION at its Seville campus. Loyola University encourages applications from all individuals meeting the following generic professional profile: * Education Bachelor’s degree or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Administration, Pedagogy, Education, Management Information Systems, or related fields demonstrating organizational and technological competencies. * Specific education + Solid computer science knowledge and proficiency in database management. + Training and experience in using the Moodle platform and online learning (e-learning) tools. + Familiarity with standard workplace tools (Office suite, videoconferencing platforms, and collaborative tools). + Experience + Demonstrable experience in administrative tasks, data management, or support for educational platforms. + Prior experience implementing training processes and familiarity with the university or continuing education environment will be especially valued. * Personal skills + Highly organized, methodical, and systematic in information management. + Strong organizational ability and process-oriented vision to effectively implement training pathways. + Initiative, autonomy, and proactivity in resolving technical or administrative issues. + Service orientation toward faculty and capacity to collaborate effectively within a team. + Versatility and adaptability when facing the ongoing challenges of teaching innovation. + Personal skills + Communication skills (active listening and oral/written communication proficiency). + Commitment to service. + Initiative, autonomy, and proactivity. + Ability to work effectively and collaboratively. + Problem-solving disposition and adaptability to people’s needs. + Versatility to adapt to diverse environments. * Professional profile: + Aptitude for client management. + Commercial skills. + Stress tolerance. + Proactivity. + Flexibility and adaptability. + Teamwork ability. + Organizational ability. + Problem-solving ability. + Key responsibilities include: + Ensuring the proper administrative and organizational functioning of the Unit for Teaching Training and Innovation, guaranteeing efficiency in data management and providing necessary technical support for training processes. + Managing, maintaining, and updating the unit’s databases. + Administering and supporting the Moodle platform and other online training tools. + Implementing, monitoring, and optimizing the unit’s training processes. + Providing technical and administrative support for organizing and managing logistics of various faculty training activities.
