**What are we looking for?**

We need someone who not only organizes but also connects with people: families, activity leaders, educational centers, and partner organizations—an individual who becomes the soul of the project!
**Your responsibilities will include:**

* Coordination of educational, social, and cultural projects in collaboration with city councils and other entities.
* Direct engagement with stakeholders: building bridges of trust with families, school leadership teams, and partners is an essential part of this role.
* Administrative tasks related to activity management.
* Active participation in new initiatives and proposals emerging from within the organization.
* And, of course, anything that contributes to the successful implementation of our projects.
***Essential requirements:***
* Prior experience coordinating educational and extracurricular activities.
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
* Interpersonal skills and communicative ability: active listening, mediation, accompaniment, and trust-building.
* Proficient use of digital tools (email, spreadsheets, management platforms, etc.).
* Experience working under pressure and during periods of high workload.
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to address complaints or questions constructively.
* Personal vehicle and availability to travel throughout Seville city and province, as well as other provinces.
* Genuine desire to build a long-term career within the organization.
**What do we offer?**
* Full-time employment contract
* Initial split schedule (Monday–Thursday: 7:30–11:30 and 14:30–18:30; Friday: 7:30–13:00)
* Annual salary above collective agreement standards. Position category: Activity Coordinator.
* 22 vacation days + 5 additional days designated by the organization + your birthday off!
* Work tools: laptop, mobile phone, and anything else you need to make your work easier.
* A supportive and collaborative work environment, with an engaged team that supports and accompanies you.
* Freedom to propose, create, and drive change.
