ATEXIS is a multinational consulting firm specialising in providing engineering support services to clients, including leading companies in the aerospace, defence, naval, railway, energy and industrial sectors. **Job Description** As part of the Supply Chain team, your duties will be as follows: Project Support: * Support during development for RFQ and follow\-up with suppliers. * Definition of the products or services required with detailed specifications. * Introduction to suppliers of the new Project and submission of documentation. * Supplier’s follow\-up. * Analyze results Non\-conformities management: * Completion of open non\-conformities workflow in SAP. * Analysis on open non\-conformities in SAP. * Request price and delivery date to suppliers. * Creation of purcharse orders for replacement of damaged materials. * Non\-conformity closure Update of Material Master Data: * Update of missing master data for materials in SAP. * Task not started yet. **Qualifications** * Ideally previous experience in the same role. * Experience with SAP\- Materials Management Module. * English C1/fluent level. * Immediate availability. **Additional Information** International work environment and professional growth Extra days off to recharge your batteries Intensive and flexible working hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. At ATEXIS, we value everyone within our organisation.
