Growth: We invest in internal promotion and talent development. **Job Mission:** To be responsible for sourcing a category of perishable or non-perishable products within the stock and out-of-stock targets set by the commercial management team. You will undergo continuous training during which you may manage the commercial operations of a specific product category or suppliers, always under the supervision of the Purchasing Manager. Additionally, you will handle all administrative and commercial management tasks related to assigned product categories or suppliers. **Responsibilities:** * Procurement of Goods: managing supplier orders, ordering based on turnover, handling incidents, monitoring product turnover rates, and tracking stockouts. * Administrative \- Commercial Management: recording supplier promotions and agreements, supporting offer preparation, communicating with stores, resolving incidents, and monitoring competitiveness. * Supplier Negotiation: setting margin and sales targets with suppliers, negotiating terms, launching commercial activities, and communicating with stores. **COMPETENCIES:** * Corporate Identity. * Teamwork. * Digital Competence. * Negotiation. * Organization, Rigor, and Quality. * External Customer Orientation. * Results Orientation. * Initiative / Autonomy. * Internal Customer Orientation. **Requirements:** --------------- **EDUCATION:** * Basic qualification: University degree (Business Administration and Management, Economics, Marketing, etc.) * Desired qualification: Master’s degree related to sales, marketing, food industry, etc. * Professional experience: Not required. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS:** 1\.
