Staff is required to provide home care services, both scheduled and dependency-based, in Las Navas de la Concepción (Sevilla). Duties include personal care: assistance with bathing, hygiene, dressing, mobility within the home, feeding, medication supervision, repositioning, and pressure ulcer prevention. Household tasks will also be performed, such as basic cleaning, laundry and ironing, meal preparation, shopping, and home maintenance. Additionally, psychosocial support and companionship—both inside and outside the home—will be provided to prevent social isolation, promote autonomy, and monitor the overall condition of the service user, reporting any incidents. For the dependency-based service, aimed at individuals with higher levels of need, greater support is required for mobilization, continuous care, and strict adherence to protocols established by social services. This also includes completing records, coordinating with social workers, family members, and other professionals, as well as monitoring the individual care plan. A temporary employment contract is offered, with an estimated duration of 180 days, part-time afternoon shifts (35 hours per week), Monday through Friday, and a monthly salary of 1330 euros.
