We’re hiring a motivated, fast\-thinking Clip Finder \+ Video Editor who will be responsible for building the full content pipeline the creator reacts to. The creator has a channel with over 1 million subscribers and nearly 1 billion views. Your job isn’t just to edit — it’s to create the videos the creator records reactions to. Role * Find the exact type of viral clips that fit the creator’s voice, humour, and reaction style. * Build full 20–30 minute compilation\-style videos using these clips — this is what the creator reacts to on camera. * Understand pacing, structure, and retention so you can craft videos that are fun, engaging, and easy to react to. * Edit the final reaction videos with captions, zooms, punch\-ins, memes, sound design, and text. * Create short\-form content (Shorts/Reels/TikTok) based on the reactions. * Work mainly in\-office, with some days from home. * Occasionally act as a camera person for simple shoots or BTS. Requirements * Fluent English and a strong understanding of American/UK internet culture, memes, humour, and trends. * Experience editing viral, reaction, commentary, or compilation content. * Ability to think ahead: pick clips that will naturally create funny or interesting reactions. * Intuitive, motivated, fast\-learning, quick\-thinking. * Can follow the brand style but also build the content flow from scratch. * Lives in Spain or willing to relocate.
