Main responsibilities * Preparation of varnishes, lacquers, and stains. * Application and control of wood finishes. * Color matching and quality control. * Basic operation and maintenance of painting machinery and tools. * Preparation of surfaces for final finishing. * Compliance with workplace safety and cleanliness standards. Requirements * Prior experience as a varnisher in carpentry or the wood industry. * Knowledge of varnishing, lacquering, and finishing techniques. * Familiarity with airbrush guns and paint booths is desirable. * Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team. * Immediate availability.
