




We are seeking an administrative assistant for a prominent company in the general industry sector in Lugo. The responsibilities of this position include managing goods control, covering both incoming and outgoing shipments. Additionally, the selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing delivery notes, as well as handling the entire invoicing process. The position will also involve other routine administrative tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the department. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, with working hours distributed from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 20:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. * We seek a dynamic and solution-oriented individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is considered an advantage.
