




Albali Centros de Formación is seeking to hire **Teleoperators** with excellent customer orientation to join our team. In this role, you will be the first voice of our organization, assisting customers in resolving inquiries, managing enrollments in our training programs, and providing clear and accurate information about our services. **Main Responsibilities:** * Make calls with professionalism and empathy. * Handle inquiries regarding courses, schedules, enrollments, and other training services. * Follow up with potential interested students. * Resolve questions and complaints ensuring a positive experience. * Record interactions in the internal system. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in customer service, preferably in teleoperator roles. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational and time management abilities. * Basic knowledge of computer tools and customer management platforms. * Positive attitude, empathy, and results-driven mindset. **Valued qualifications:** * Experience in the educational or training sector. * Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques. * Additional languages besides Spanish.
