Currently, we are seeking a Waiter Assistant profile to join our Giraldillo restaurants in Seville. Your mission will be to create a pleasant atmosphere and deliver the best possible experience to our customers. YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM: \- Greet and welcome customers warmly and professionally, ensuring an excellent first impression. \- Assist with dining room service and order taking \- Manage reservation organization and planning \- Support dish delivery and pickup, as well as tray handling \- Ensure compliance with service and customer experience protocols. \- Assist with dining room organization and table clearing \- Assist with cleaning and office tasks REQUIREMENTS: \- Experience as a Waiter Assistant, Dining Room Waiter, or in table-service restaurants is highly valued \- Customer service experience in the foodservice industry \- Positive attitude with a smile, active listening skills, and team spirit. \- Availability to work split and rotating shifts \- English language proficiency is valued; additional languages are a plus.
