This business unit is responsible for delivering solutions/projects to customers in Operations Management (ADMS), Edge Solutions (Smart Metering), and Asset Management (GIS, APM), developed by Schneider Electric as part of the EcoStruxure Grid for Utilities suite. **What Will You Learn With Us?** Join a dynamic and collaborative environment where you’ll have the opportunity to learn: * Software architectures for mission-critical applications. * Hands-on technical experience implementing enterprise software solutions for electric utilities, such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Outage Management Systems (OMS), SCADA, Distribution Management Systems (DMS), Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI), Asset Management (AM), and/or Engineering Analysis (EA). * Development tools and programming languages used to implement these solutions. * Cybersecurity, high availability, and fault tolerance requirements for mission-critical applications. * Modern software development methodologies (Application Lifecycle Management): Agile, Scrum, Kanban. **Are You the One We’re Looking For?** * Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Energy, Automation & Systems, or related fields * Availability to work between 4 and 6 hours per day (Monday–Friday), preferably during mornings; schedule is flexible—you may start anytime between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. * Ability to sign a 6-month internship agreement with your university or educational institution. * Advanced English is mandatory, as you will collaborate with an international team. * Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn * Programming knowledge in at least one of the following languages: Java, C/C\+\+, C\#, Python * Analytical capability **By Participating in Our Trainee Program, You’ll Gain:** An experience specially designed for your learning and development Paid internships (based on your agreed schedule, minimum 20 hours and maximum 30 hours per week, €700–€900/month) Ongoing tracking of your progress and learning * Flexible scheduling to balance with your studies ‍ ️One personal day off per month (accumulable) Possibility of remote collaboration depending on the role (up to 2 days per week) Six-month duration with potential extension or permanent employment * As a company, we always guide ourselves by our corporate values—customer orientation, disruption of the status quo, embracing diverse perspectives, and continuous learning.
