




From **Le Room Service,** we are looking to hire a **Head Chef** with higher education qualifications in Sevilla. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, along with strong knowledge of food preservation and regeneration techniques. The main responsibilities include: · Directing and planning production. · Organizing, leading, coordinating, delegating, and training staff under supervision, as well as coordinating with the kitchen team in Sevilla. · Preparing purchase proposals for goods, raw materials, and kitchen supplies; managing their preservation, storage, and optimal utilization. · Reviewing and monitoring kitchen equipment and materials, reporting any issues accordingly. · Assisting in menu and menu card planning. · Supporting cost management, inventory control, and purchasing activities. · Conducting inventories and controls of materials, goods, etc. · Supervising and monitoring the maintenance and use of machinery, materials, tools, etc., performing corresponding inventories and replacement proposals. · Contributing to meeting assigned raw material budget indicators. · Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations and APPCC standards. · Proficiency in computer tools. · Meeting assigned objectives according to company standards and internal procedures.
