ENGINEERING. SEVILLE** If you are looking for a new professional challenge where you will help transform the energy world, we are seeking a "**Distribution Manager / Technician**" to join our **Grids Operation Management** team in **Seville**. **Who will you work with?** You will join the **Grids Operation Management** area, responsible for executing works included within the PMC scope (HV network and substation works), subject to the complexity or relevance restrictions outlined below—whether funded entirely by EDE or partially or fully financed by customers. Within the investment plan, it is directly responsible for works execution, financial regularization, and commissioning. It also serves as the main point of contact for customers requiring electrical infrastructure development—either for power evacuation or supply. It is responsible for managing requests for new supplies, modifications, generation connection points, and urban planning reports—without restriction regarding complexity or relevance—from file receipt through to issuing the official supply condition or connection point notification, meeting all deadlines and required quality and safety standards. The types of works to be carried out and customer agreements to be managed will initially be of low to medium complexity. For high-complexity or specially relevant works and agreements, this role may provide support to the Project Manager (PM) responsible for them. **What will you be responsible for?** In this position, your responsibilities will include: Generally speaking, you will coordinate and carry out management of requests for new supplies, modifications, generation connection points, and urban planning reports—from file receipt by Plans Management through to authorization for issuing the official supply condition or connection point notification—meeting all deadlines and required quality and safety standards. You will perform the following functions in accordance with corporate procedures and criteria. Detailed functions to be performed: * Commissioning connection point studies for NNSS and generators to Area Network Development and Network Development * Collaborating in analyzing and discussing, as appropriate, the connection point studies for NNSS and generators submitted by Area Network Development and Network Development * Commissioning cost estimates for NNSS and generator connections to the MV network, Area GTC * Commissioning cost estimates for NNSS and generator connections to the HV network, to Detailed Design * Collaborating in analyzing and discussing, as appropriate, the cost estimates for NNSS and generator connections to the distribution network submitted by Detailed Design and Area GTV * Preparing documentation required to issue technical-economic conditions (CTEs) for NNSS and generators, processing authorization for their issuance, and managing them in corporate systems * Preparing documentation required to issue technical-economic conditions (CTEs) for NNSS and generators, issuing them, and managing them in corporate systems * Within parameters established in procedures, authorizing CTE and connection point issuances * Advising and assisting Managers in negotiations with customers * Validating documentation generated by contractors necessary for issuing technical-economic conditions (CTEs) for NNSS and generators, processing authorization for their issuance, and managing them in corporate systems * Analyzing complaints related to requests managed by Project Management \& Construction, public administrations, or applicants themselves; coordinating information gathering on such complaints with various EDE departments * Analyzing complaint-related documentation and managing response minutes jointly with various EDE departments * Preparing documentation required to respond to complaints, processing authorization and dispatch, and managing them in corporate systems * Analyzing urban planning documentation received from public administrations, NNSS applicants, or initiated internally or by other EDE departments following official publications; coordinating information gathering on such documentation with various EDE departments * Preparing documentation required to respond to urban planning documentation, processing authorization and dispatch, and managing them in corporate systems * Preparing reports related to own activities * Collaborating to ensure compliance with current Health \& Safety and Environmental regulations within the Project Management \& Construction unit * Planning works and ensuring that all necessary documentation is available for launching works—including both installation contractors and equipment manufacturers. Coordination meetings and Zero Minutes. * Issuing Work Orders to Contractors, Site Supervision, safety coordination, etc. Receiving, controlling, approving and paying contractor certifications * Monitoring quality, environmental and safety reviews.
