Join a global team focused on sustainability and renewable energy **A Snapshot of Your Day** In this role you will connect Cybersecurity needs from the business with the software development community, providing guidance and prioritization. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * Provide an entry point for business demand for new development and serve as a contact throughout the process. * Evaluate requests on achievability. * Prioritize workload based on deadlines. * Identify technology trends and partner offerings that fulfill architectural standards. * Monitor software and fleet performance against key metrics such as operational expense. * Define strategic partnerships. **What You Bring** * Master’s Degree in Software Engineering or similar * More than 5 years of experience in OT software, with vast knowledge of control, monitoring systems in the wind farms and OT Cybersecurity: IEC\-62443, and National Legislations such as NERC\-CIP, UK NIS, Kritis. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams. * Strong understanding of SGRE software portfolio, processes and software and cybersecurity operations. * Certifications that would be valuable: + Cybersecurity: CISSP, CISM + Agile Product Management: SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager, SAFe Product Manager **About the Team** Power Plant Solutions is the department in charge of designing, developing, testing and releasing digital solutions for controlling and monitoring the wind farms.
