As a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to strengthen our team with a **Process Engineering Manager**, experienced in processes and integration for armored vehicles, to join a strategic R\+D project. **What will you do?** * Lead the Process Engineering area in military armored vehicle projects. * Define, review, and optimize industrial processes associated with the assembly and maintenance of armored platforms. * Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams in a technically demanding environment. * Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and best practices in Defense and Security. * Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, and Maintenance departments. * Implement continuous improvements to enhance process efficiency, robustness, and maintainability. * Prepare technical documentation and process guidelines. * Supervise maintenance and operation activities of armored systems. * Manage risks, deviations, and technical activity prioritization. * Report progress to project management and stakeholders. * **What are we looking for in you?** Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the criteria—we encourage you to explore our opportunity and tell us what you can bring! ✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. ✅ Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience in armored vehicles and process engineering. ✅ Skills: Team management and leadership. ✅ Functional knowledge: * ATM / Systems Integration (intermediate level). * Defense and Security / Armament in military armored vehicles (advanced level). ✅ Languages: English (intermediate level). ✅ Willingness to work in Gijón. ✅ Working hours: 08:00–17:10 h. ✅ Remote work: 0%. **What we offer** Stability and Future * ✨: Long-term projects at a leading Defense company with over 50\.000 professionals and strong financial security.
