Do you want to develop your potential and grow professionally with us? **Job Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Supervise the daily operation of IT services. * Coordinate technical teams and providers to ensure service continuity. * Monitor operational KPIs and service-level agreements (SLAs). * Manage incidents, problems, and operational activities. * Prepare tracking reports and dashboards. * Coordinate activities across involved departments. * Identify operational risks and propose improvement actions. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. * Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards. **Job Requirements:** -------------------------- * Experience in IT Operations, Service Delivery, or Service Management. * Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, or Service Management). * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and providers. * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. * Experience in reporting and tracking using KPIs. * Advanced level of English. * Organized, proactive individual with excellent communication skills. * ITIL Foundation certification is desirable. * Banking sector experience is desirable. * Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar is desirable. * Cloud environment experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is desirable. **Additional Information:** -------------------------- ### **Qualification** Vocational training ### **Contract Type** Indefinite-term contract ### **Minimum Experience** 3 years ### **Working Hours** Full-time At Alcorce, we champion talent without labels.
