Job Summary: We are seeking an operations-oriented professional with interest in technology and AI to optimize the Travel area, enhancing processes and customer experience at Patterson Travel. Working with industry tools such as Amadeus and Booking Pad At **Patterson Travel**, we continue growing and are looking for a person eager to develop within a key role for our daily operations: someone capable of navigating confidently between Travel operations, coordinating minor improvements, intelligently using tools and systems, and participating in projects involving **AI applied to business**. We seek a candidate with knowledge of the tourism sector, highly comfortable in operational environments, and with a clear curiosity about technology. An organized, solution-oriented individual with sound judgment and enthusiasm to contribute in a context where efficiency, customer experience, and continuous improvement are paramount. **Your Mission** Help make the Travel area’s operations increasingly agile, structured, and efficient—collaborating on daily management, coordinating small initiatives, and improving processes, tools, and new technological solutions, including projects related to **Artificial Intelligence**. **Your Responsibilities** · Manage and support day-to-day tasks related to the Travel area. · Collaborate on small-scale improvement initiatives and operational projects. · Work with industry tools such as **Amadeus, Booking Pad**, and other platforms within the travel ecosystem. · Support the team in using systems and resolving operational needs. · Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, organization, and tools. · Participate in **AI projects applied to Travel**, collaborating on use-case identification, functional testing, implementation of enhancements, and internal adoption of new solutions. · Bridge business reality with a more structured, efficient, scalable, and technology-enabled way of working. **What We Look For In You** · Education in Tourism or IT, with relevant experience in the Travel sector. We welcome both tourism-focused profiles with strong interest in technology and technology-focused profiles with genuine understanding of the Travel business. · Practical knowledge of the travel environment and its tools. · Interest in technology and ability to quickly learn new systems. · Curiosity about the potential of **Artificial Intelligence** applied to processes, operations, and customer experience. · Ability to coordinate, organize, resolve issues, and follow up effectively. · Practical mindset, autonomy, and attention to detail. · Enthusiasm to grow within a hybrid role bridging business, operations, technology, and innovation. **It Would Be a Plus If You Also Have** · Interest in automation, process optimization, and new digital tools. · Ability to adapt to evolving environments and participate in cross-functional initiatives. · Motivation to be part of projects combining business knowledge, technology, and applied innovation.
