Description **Atocha Insurance is looking for you!** We are seeking telemarketers to join our company, with availability to start in mid-August. We are a leading company in the insurance sector and wish to incorporate an enthusiastic individual with commercial skills to contribute to our continued growth. **Your responsibilities would include:** * Making outbound calls to databases provided by the company to acquire new customers * Preparing offers and providing personalized advice based on identified customer needs * Explaining and presenting the products and services offered * Closing commercial transactions **We offer:** * A 25-hour weekly employment contract, morning shift from 09:30 to 14:45, Monday to Friday. The position is on-site and permanent, with an indefinite-term contract. * This position is NOT campaign-based, as we aim to expand and consolidate our professional team. * Initial online training to familiarize you with our products and, above all, how to perform your job. * Online platform training to obtain your official **INSURANCE MEDIATOR TITLE** (certified and officially recognized), required by the Directorate General of Insurance to practice this activity. * Professional development within the insurance sector Requirements **We are looking for:** * Empathy and ability to identify customer needs in order to guide and offer them the best insurance solutions with high added value * Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation * Prior experience in the insurance sector is valued, as well as holding Class B and Level 3 insurance certifications **Join our team!**
