We are currently seeking a Senior Systems Administrator / Middleware Technician with experience managing mission-critical and high-performance infrastructures, capable of ensuring service availability, performance, and security under ITIL environments. The selected candidate will join a highly skilled technical team, participating in the administration, configuration, automation, and monitoring of complex platforms within critical production environments. We seek a senior-level, autonomous, and solution-oriented professional who can bring solid experience from similar environments and assume technical responsibilities without constant supervision. ***What We Offer:*** * Joining an international and dynamic team. * Job stability via indefinite contract. * Participation in cutting-edge technology projects. * A flexible and collaborative environment focused on technical quality and professional growth. * 100% remote work model. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Administration and operation of critical and high-performance infrastructures. * Management, installation, and configuration of application servers and middleware. * Automation of tasks and deployments using automation tools and scripting. * Management of enterprise Linux environments and virtualized platforms. * Administration and monitoring of services and infrastructure. * Resolution of complex incidents, performance analysis, and advanced troubleshooting. * Implementation and maintenance of high-availability solutions. * Management of privileged access and compliance with security best practices. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary technical teams in enterprise environments. **Requirements:** --------------- Experience administering services in critical and high-performance infrastructures operating under ITIL environments. Experience administering application servers: * Tomcat * JBoss * Apache * IIS * WebSphere * WebLogic Installation and configuration of applications and application servers. Administration of OpenLDAP and Squid Proxy services. Experience in Shell scripting. Automation using Ansible. Administration of monitoring platforms such as Nagios and Zabbix. Experience in troubleshooting, performance analysis, and error detection in infrastructure and systems. Intermediate/advanced English level (B2\). Additionally, practical experience in the following areas is desirable: * High Availability (HA): Pacemaker / Corosync (PCS) * System and lifecycle management: Red Hat Satellite * Automation and DevOps: Ansible AWX, Git (repository management) * Virtualization: Administration and management of VMware environments * Linux administration: Logical Volume Management (LVM) * Security and privileged access: CyberArk * Task orchestration and automation: Rundeck ***Desirable Qualifications*** Administration of CI/CD platforms: * Jenkins * GitLab Knowledge in observability and logging: * ELK * Grafana Certifications: * RedHat JBoss * LPI * CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) * RedHat OpenShift * ITIL Foundation **Join our team at eXperience IT Solutions and become part of a leading IT services company across Spain!
