Backed by over 60,000 professionals across 55+ countries and a robust Nearshore model, we connect global capabilities with local trust to deliver real impact, sustainable growth, and high-value outcomes for our clients. **We are looking for: Functional Analyst** **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze and translate business requirements into functional processes and technical specifications for OMS environments. * Define end-to-end processes and ways of working, producing clear technical documentation and flow diagrams. * Collaborate in the definition, specification, and validation of interfaces and integrations via APIs. * Execute and document integration and interface testing, ensuring quality and traceability of results. * Perform functional testing of mobile applications (iOS) with a user experience focus. * Identify, report, and track incidents in coordination with business and technology teams. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Systems, Business Informatics, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in IT projects within the retail sector. * Experience in requirements engineering, process definition, and functional/technical documentation. * Practical knowledge of API validation using tools such as Postman and Swagger UI. * Experience with test management and ticketing tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. * Advanced level of English, both spoken and written. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of SAP processes to ensure cross-system consistency. * Experience with SAP CAR and SAP S/4 (cash register transactions, material documents, inventory). * Experience integrating with other ERPs. * Knowledge of monitoring tools, preferably Elastic. * Familiarity with ServiceBus technologies and streaming environments. * Prior experience with Manhattan OMS. * German language skills. * Availability for occasional travel to Germany (3 days every 1–2 months). **We Offer** * Permanent contract with competitive salary. * Flexible work arrangement and possibility of remote work. * Personalized career plan and continuous training. * Participation in stable projects with a high technical component. * Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance. * Social benefits tailored to your needs.
