Main responsibilities include: * Supporting coordination and communication with key stakeholders, ensuring continuous dialogue between the contract management team, the headquarters team, and the Spanish Cooperation Offices in the field. * Assisting in operational planning and supervision, establishing strategies for implementing activities in the field, optimizing available resources, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Technical monitoring and management of results and indicators, including tracking activity progress, evaluating impact, and proposing consolidation of technical and financial reports. * Supporting contract measurements and billing, as well as controlling minor expenses incurred. * Supporting risk management and regulatory compliance, identifying potential operational obstacles and proposing solutions to minimize their impact.
