What We Expect You will direct, organize, and supervise work arising from full replacements, repairs, and modernizations of elevators and escalators, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal and external protocols; you will also manage, coordinate, and foster the professional development of the technical team under your responsibility, maintaining contact with the client throughout the various service delivery phases. **Responsibilities** * Verify compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations as well as company-established rules and measures concerning safety, health, and environmental protection—applicable both to employees and subcontractors, and to repair and modernization activities—conducting safety verifications and quality inspections on construction sites as defined by the company. * Support the commercial department in preparing proposals, budgets, and studies, as well as during site visits and technical advisory services to existing or prospective clients. * Manage and control all documentation and procedures required for the initiation, preparation, and execution of repairs and modernizations, including their legalization before competent public administration bodies. * Monitor the economic execution of repairs and modernizations to achieve predefined objectives. * Plan and lead both in-house and subcontracted personnel required for repair and modernization activities, verifying that both groups have the necessary materials and resources for correct task execution according to agreed client timelines. * Negotiate availability, pricing, and rates with subcontractors and suppliers; award budgets in accordance with the company’s internal processes and regulations; manage and validate invoices related to work execution, verifying proper execution per contractual terms and conducting a final testing protocol. * Manage client requests and/or clarifications regarding technical matters and/or repairs and modernizations. * Manage the repair and modernization technical team under your responsibility to maximize both professional and personal performance, through appropriate performance evaluation, identification and management of training needs, and effective communication, planning, and follow-up. * Manage and execute all tasks related to self-employed workers and supplier management to ensure satisfactory execution of all repair and modernization activities, verifying adherence to internal repair and modernization procedures and protocols, as well as organizational quality and safety standards.
