Job Summary: Responsible for the efficient, safe, and sustainable operation of corporate buildings, managing general services, maintenance, and resource optimization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities 2. Coordinates service providers and ensures regulatory compliance 3. Opportunities for professional development in a dynamic and innovative environment **What will you do in the team?** Your mission will be to ensure the efficient, safe, and sustainable operation of the Corporate Headquarters building and commercial offices, guaranteeing proper management of general services, facility maintenance, and resource optimization — thereby providing a functional, safe workplace aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. And additionally: Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of Headquarters and commercial office facilities (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, structural, etc.), ensuring operational continuity and minimizing downtime. Coordinate and supervise service providers (technical maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, gym sports management, etc.) and act as the primary contact point for internal requests, incidents, and resolution follow-up. Ensure regulatory compliance, including occupational health and safety, environmental standards, as well as supervision of emergency plans, evacuation procedures, drills, and proper building risk management. Plan and manage improvement projects, renovations, and space adaptations, including facility condition assessments and coordination with the Maintenance Coordinator and other support areas (CAU, PRL, Security, etc.). Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, monitor variances, propose corrective actions, and prepare periodic management reports and performance indicators. Control and manage the CMMS (GIM) tool for incident logging, work order tracking, and overall maintenance traceability. **What do you need?** Education: Medium or higher vocational qualification Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in comprehensive facilities and corporate building maintenance management. Languages: English proficiency is a plus.
