Senior Information Security Project Manager (AI Focus)

At AGH Ibérica, we are seeking a **Senior Information Security Project Manager** to join a major multinational client, a leader in the security sector, where you will lead Information Security projects with a focus on AI-related initiatives. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** ------------------------------- * Lead Information Security projects related to Artificial Intelligence initiatives. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams composed of business, IT, and cybersecurity professionals. * Plan, organize, and monitor projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, objectives, and quality standards. * Manage risks, dependencies, and potential blockers, proposing solutions and escalating issues when necessary. * Maintain smooth communication with all project stakeholders. * Prepare and present progress reports to management and project committees. * Act as the liaison point between business, IT, and Security departments. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ * Experience managing complex projects within international environments. * Prior experience leading **Information Security** or **Cybersecurity** projects. * General knowledge of IT infrastructure, especially in network environments. * General understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its applications within the cybersecurity domain. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple stakeholders. * Strong planning, organization, and project monitoring capabilities. * Excellent communication and executive reporting skills. * High level of English (mandatory). **We will especially value** ----------------------------- * Project Management certifications (PMP, IPMA or similar). * Experience in governance, regulatory compliance, or security policy deployment projects. * Technical cybersecurity knowledge. * Knowledge of Spanish and/or Swedish. **What do we offer?** ------------------- * Joining a high-impact, highly visible international project. * Participation in innovative initiatives related to Information Security and Artificial Intelligence. * A collaborative, dynamic, and multicultural environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and continuous development. * Hybrid work model. * Permanent contract and competitive compensation package.
