We are looking for an SRE / Site Reliability Engineer with 3–6 years of experience. The selected candidate will contribute to the evolution of technical solutions within this environment, with a strong focus on \*\*service orientation and platform reliability\*\*, performing operational tasks, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at ensuring system health, availability, and scalability. This is a technical position with a strong DevSecOps / SRE emphasis, combining advanced application support, automation, resolution of complex incidents, and close collaboration with development teams. Additionally, the role involves active participation in the operation of applications and platforms across their entire lifecycle, including deployments, production releases, maintenance of various environments, monitoring, automation of routine operational tasks, and definition of environment-specific configurations. KEY COMPETENCIES FOR THIS ROLE: · Technical and functional application support. · Resolution of complex and recurring incidents. · Log, service, and scripting analysis on Linux systems. · Operation and maintenance of applications and platforms. · Participation in projects and continuous improvement initiatives. · Automation of repetitive operational tasks. · Close collaboration with development teams throughout the application lifecycle. · Active participation in deployments and production releases. · Management of application promotion across different environments. · Maintenance and support of development, QA, pre-production, and production environments. · Definition and maintenance of environment-dependent configurations. · Implementation of monitoring solutions and dashboards for applications and containers. · Collaboration with QA teams by providing necessary tools and environments. · Documentation of incidents, resolutions, and procedures. · Use of Jira and Confluence for documentation and tracking. · Application of SecOps security best practices. · Promotion and support of DevOps culture within technical teams. · Structured, efficient, and proactive resolution of operational and platform issues. · Communication with end users, technical teams, and development teams. · Work in multidisciplinary, high-pressure environments. · Availability to perform 24x7 on-call duties and off-hours deployments when required. DESIRABLE: \* Experience automating repetitive tasks and improving platform health. \* Knowledge of Windows / IIS environments. \* Experience with high-availability architectures. \* HAProxy. \* NFS. \* Disaster Recovery. \* Prometheus. \* Grafana. \* ELK. \* Experience or interest in long-term continuous improvement and operational excellence. \* General knowledge of programming languages and technologies such as Java or Angular. \* Prior experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform teams. \* Participation in critical incident management and postmortem analysis. \* Experience working in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or others, including deployment and troubleshooting. \* Experience working with AI solutions, preferably \*\*agent-based AI\*\*.
