Job Summary: A professional to handle complete structural project development for buildings, ensuring smooth communication with the architecture team and client satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Direct client interaction and documentation management A professional is required to carry out full structural project development for buildings. The primary responsibility will be to ensure fluent and coordinated communication with the architecture team. Core responsibilities include creating detailed 3D structural models using Revit for structural representation, and drafting construction drawings using AutoCAD. Assistance will also be provided in developing calculation models to optimize design accuracy and feasibility. Active participation is required in generating all project documentation, including technical drawings, descriptive reports, calculation justifications, and specifications. Direct client interaction will be essential to ensure projects fully meet their expectations and requirements. Involvement across all project phases—from inception to final delivery—is highly valued. Basic to intermediate proficiency in software tools such as CYPE Ingenieros and Presto is required. A proactive attitude and eagerness to continue learning are expected, enabling adaptation to sector-specific and project-specific needs, thereby ensuring maximum quality and successful project outcomes. Education: Degree in Architecture; a Master’s in Structural Engineering is advantageous. Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical office performing duties as a structural architect. Demonstrable experience in structural modeling with Revit and project detailing with AutoCAD. Basic/intermediate knowledge of CYPE Ingenieros and Presto.
