We are expanding our team with a new **Manager** role to lead digital transformation and business growth initiatives in the **public sector.** We are global leaders, working with half of the IBEX\-35, and have been continuously growing since 1994\. If you are passionate about data, **join our team!** **What will be your mission?** * Your primary objective will be to **identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities** within the Public Administration (Central Government, Regional Governments, Local Entities). * **Design differentiated value propositions and lead tendering processes, including tender document analysis and preparation of technical and economic proposals (billing, margins, and KPI tracking).** * Collaborate with the current team to complement its capabilities in defining Data \& Analytics technical solutions. * **Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams** of consultants, analysts, and technical and domain specialists to ensure the feasibility and quality of proposed solutions. * Contribute to defining solution architectures aligned with the specific needs of the Public Administration environment (electronic processing, interoperability, electronic headquarters, citizen portals, open data, among others). * Maintain and expand relationships with key decision-makers in public institutions. **What will make you succeed in this role?** * Minimum **5 \- 7 years** of experience in designing and implementing Data \& Analytics and AI solutions or projects within public administrations. * University degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. A Master’s or postgraduate degree in Project Management or Public Administration is highly valued. * Proven experience in **public tenders**: drafting technical specifications, evaluating proposals, and managing contracts. * Knowledge of the regulatory and operational framework governing Public Administration (public procurement, Administrative Procedure Act, National Security Scheme [ENS], interoperability). * Familiarity with data processing environments and major Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). * Experience in **team management.** * PMP, PRINCE2, or SCRUM certifications are considered a strong asset. **What makes us different?** Here, we’re not just another company… **we’re a team that goes all in!** **Technology and data are at our core.** We don’t just work with the latest market offerings—we train you to master the most innovative tools.
