Adapt content to diverse skill levels and age groups **Objective** ------------ Digital Basic Skills Trainer in the province of Tarragona As a Trainer, your mission will be to support students in educational centers to improve their digital competencies, foster their digital empowerment, ensure effective use of digital technologies, and enable successful adaptation to the digital world. We seek a trainer passionate about both technology and education. We want you to transform each training session into a unique, interactive, and enjoyable experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Deliver workshops on basic digital skills * Adapt training content and sessions to different knowledge levels and age groups * Support students throughout their digital skills training process * Prepare attendance reports and other administrative documentation REQUIREMENTS: * Education-related qualification (e.g., Pedagogy, Teaching, Social Education, Socio-Cultural Animation) and/or Technology-related qualification * Experience working with children, adolescents, and youth; delivering workshops; developing training programs; teaching, etc. (minimum 6 months) * Competencies: Communication skills; Social skills; Pedagogical knowledge; Adaptability to the training context * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (mandatory) * Criminal record certificate for sexual offenses (mandatory) WHAT DO WE OFFER? * Part-time fixed-term intermittent contract * Weekly working hours between 10 and 30 * Salary according to the collective agreement for non-regulated training * In-person modality * Mileage reimbursement Profile: Education-related qualification (e.g., Pedagogy, Teaching, Social Education, Socio-Cultural Animation) and/or Technology-related qualification Experience working with children, adolescents, and youth; delivering workshops; developing training programs; teaching, etc. (minimum 6 months) Competencies: Communication skills; Social skills; Pedagogical knowledge; Adaptability to the training context Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (mandatory) Criminal record certificate for sexual offenses (mandatory)
