From Noray Inmobiliaria Roca, we are seeking a **Construction Site Manager** for a company dedicated to the construction and real estate development sector. The selected candidate will serve as the operational manager on site, leading the team as well as subcontractors. Likewise, they will be responsible for controlling quality and productivity, organizing resources, and ensuring safety on site. They will report progress and incidents and act as the on-site leader. **What will you do on a daily basis?** **1\. Direct supervision of field execution** \- You will lead your team as well as subcontractors. \- You will handle the daily assignment of tasks and verify compliance with specifications. \- You will check whether tasks are being carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. \- You will be responsible for setting out works and verifying levels and measurements. **2\. Productivity and quality control** \- You will supervise and measure daily performance. \- You will inspect materials and finishes. \- You will identify and report non-conformities, as well as carry out necessary corrections. \- You will ensure adherence to deadlines according to the project schedule. **3\. Logistics** \- You will organize work areas and internal routes. \- You will order materials and equipment sufficiently in advance to prevent shortages. \- You will manage tools, PPE, and other required equipment. **4\. Site safety** \- You will ensure correct use of PPE and compliance with procedures. \- You will authorize or prohibit high-risk activities. \- You will halt unsafe work activities and report any incidents. **5\. Communication and documentation** \- You will report progress and incidents to the Site Manager. \- You will participate in team coordination meetings. \- You will complete daily reports on personnel, machinery, and production. **Requirements** Higher Vocational Training Cycle or Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle in Construction or similar field. Minimum **5 years of experience** on construction sites, including at least 2 years as a Construction Site Manager. Experience in new high-rise building construction projects. Desirable: Occupational Health and Safety course (minimum 60 hours).
