WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Magic Hotel Group seeks to incorporate Maîtres into our hotel establishments in Benidorm (Alicante). Working Hours: Full-time. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities: * Compliance with standards and procedures established by the hotel chain. * Ensuring guest satisfaction in accordance with established quality and service standards. * Managing the restaurant’s dining room team: supervising service. * Reviewing reservations and organizing table assignments. * Advising guests and taking orders. * Monitoring inventory levels of restaurant storeroom products. Requirements * Education: High school diploma or vocational training related to the position. * Minimum two years’ experience in the role, preferably in high-volume hotels (serving many guests). * Good command of English; knowledge of a second language is an advantage. * Customer-oriented mindset, with a highly operational profile. * Strong commercial skills. * Leadership capabilities for team management. * Knowledge of HACCP regulations. * Training in allergen management.
