




We are seeking an administrative assistant with experience for a position in Teruel. A minimum qualification of Associate Degree in an area related to accounting and finance is required. Additionally, at least 24 months of prior experience in similar positions and good proficiency in office software tools are essential. Job responsibilities cover the accounting and financial areas, including recording invoices, expenses, and transactions, as well as supporting bank reconciliations and preparing documentation for accounting closures. The candidate will also be responsible for organizing and archiving all relevant documentation. Within the tax and budgetary area, the candidate will collaborate in gathering information for tax obligations, monitoring the annual budget, and updating expense sheets. They will also handle internal management tasks, such as reviewing and controlling purchase orders and delivery notes. An indefinite contract and full-time working hours are offered.
