Experience in aircraft maintenance (Part 145). Ability to work independently, rigorously, and organizationally, demonstrating strong skills in understanding and meeting customer needs, ensuring reliable and high-quality service. Ability to structure tasks, manage priorities, and maintain a clear vision of assigned objectives. Strong team spirit, with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute sound judgment in decision-making.
