Responsible for applying the treatment prescribed by the Medical Team (Nephrologist) and other healthcare procedures to patients with renal failure, whether on standard therapy or online hemodiafiltration, following both the applicable operating protocols and corporate guidelines in effect at any given time, while observing the patient service quality standards established by the company. What will your responsibilities be? * Ensure that monitors and treatment materials (tubing, filters, etc.) are prepared for use according to current protocols and guidelines. * Assess the patient upon arrival at the Unit, identifying both vascular access status and possible parameters (hyperkalemia, volume depletion, etc.). * Lead verification of various intra- or post-dialysis tests as established, including administration of medications, blood transfusions, antibody removal, ECGs, etc., as per medical prescription. * Prepare nursing reports and record all clinical and other relevant data required by the company's quality management system, using the medium or software specified by the company at any given time. * Inform and advise patients during treatment on matters such as diet, fluid intake, FAV care, medication regimen, etc., coordinating communication with family members regarding treatment-related issues when necessary. * Assess the patient's general condition before leaving the unit. * Guarantee the quality and safety of sample collection processes for patients under their responsibility. * Evaluate and actively participate in improvement actions identified in relation to daily activities, follow-up meetings, and/or audits. * Know and comply with corporate guidelines, work instructions, and internal protocols established by the company ("Hygiene Guide", "Good Practices Guide", Integrated Quality System, Compliance, etc.), as well as current applicable legal regulations (Occupational Risk Prevention, Waste Management, Pharmacovigilance, Data Protection, etc.). * Attend training courses established by the company. * Ensure comprehensive patient care by carrying out necessary multi-professional processes to guarantee continuity of care for the benefit of the patient.
