To support the Group’s growth and address upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave seeks: **Logistics Coordinator, temporary contract, for our Teruel site** The Logistics Coordinator supervises warehouse operations and goods management, as well as material and component receipt, ensuring correct receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch of products. Manages inventories, coordinates logistic flows, and guarantees compliance with deadlines and operational procedures.**Future challenges upon joining our company include:** **Receipt and Storage Management:** Supervise material receipt, verify internal and external documentation, register materials in the ERP system, locate and label components, organize warehouses and optimize storage locations, and control inventories and stock, including scrap. **Tool Control and Return:** Track loaned tools, coordinate returns, and manage associated transportation. **Goods Preparation and Dispatch:** Handle packaging and packing, load shipments, prepare and control documentation (delivery notes, CMRs), and manage customs procedures. **Internal Operational Support and Customer Service:** Assist mechanics with moving high-volume materials, collaborate on logistics tasks required by various teams, and serve internal and external customers. **Administrative Completion and Tracking:** Complete material control logs and ensure accurate registration of parts and components in company systems. **Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement:** Follow safety instructions, use personal protective equipment, promote workplace safety, and contribute to the continuous improvement process. **Job Requirements:** Qualification: **Vocational Training Certificate (Medium or Higher Level) in Logistics**, with prior experience in related functions. Operational-level office software skills and intermediate English proficiency. Valid **forklift license** required. Ability to work autonomously, organizedly, and methodically, demonstrating initiative and focusing on efficient incident resolution. Skill in coordinating tasks, managing priorities, and maintaining a structured view of assigned activities. Strong team spirit, with capacity to collaborate effectively and contribute to a dynamic working environment. Desirable qualities include proactivity, problem-solving ability, professional conduct, and conflict-resolution skills—key elements for success in this role.
