To support the Group’s growth and meet upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is seeking: **Forklift Operator, permanent contract, for our Teruel site** The forklift operator is responsible for operating forklifts to move and unload goods within the hangar or warehouse. **Future challenges upon joining our company include:** * **Stock management:** Locating pallets at height or on the floor, supplying goods, and supporting production. * **Order preparation:** Picking according to customer references and requirements. * **Handling:** Moving goods using manual/electric pallet trucks, counterbalance forklifts, and reach trucks. * **Logistics operations:** Loading and unloading trucks, manual unloading, sorting, and palletizing goods. * **Control and organization:** Labeling, maintaining order and cleanliness in warehouses. * **Quality, safety, and continuous improvement:** Adhering to safety instructions, using personal protective equipment (PPE), applying SMS (Safety Management System) standards, promoting workplace safety, and contributing to continuous improvement processes. **Job Requirements:** Vocational training qualification (Medium or Higher Level Vocational Training), with **at least 5 years’ experience** in a similar position. Experience in **operating forklifts, holding the corresponding license**. Valid Class B driving license and personal vehicle availability. **Intermediate level of English.** Ability to work methodically, decisively, and in an organized manner, demonstrating initiative and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborate efficiently, and contribute sound judgment to decision-making.
