We are seeking a professional to lead the maintenance department at a production plant. Primary responsibilities will include planning, supervising, and executing all repair and maintenance tasks. This includes coordinating facilities and maintaining network systems, PLCs, electrical wiring, piping, and water systems. Detailed duties involve managing equipment repairs, contacting suppliers when necessary, and estimating required resources (time and materials). Additionally, the role entails responding to service requests, managing incidents, and ensuring operational continuity of production lines. The role also includes directing and training subordinate staff, ensuring proper task assignment, monitoring working hours, and instructing staff on their duties. Maintenance service costs will be managed, material purchase orders placed, and suppliers selected—always aiming to optimize quality and expenses. A strong focus on preventive maintenance is required, including conducting inspections to detect failures and scheduling corrective maintenance. Monitoring energy consumption across the plant—recording usage of various energy sources and ensuring optimal utilization—will be another key responsibility. The ability to propose equipment and process improvements, as well as managing safety documentation, will be valued. Job stability and continuous training will be key benefits. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or vocational training in electrical or mechanical fields At least 8 years’ experience in industrial environments or 5 years in a similar role Specific knowledge in maintenance, pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity, occupational health and safety (PRL), PLCs, and industrial repairs. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. KPIs and management metrics. ERP and Power BI experience is desirable. Proven experience leading similar teams in industrial environments is essential.
