If you have experience in the sector and are looking to join an innovative and continuously growing company, this is your opportunity! **About the position:** As Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution of civil works on our photovoltaic sites, guaranteeing compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards and environmental regulations. You will work closely with subcontracted companies, engineering teams and other departments to ensure project success. **Key responsibilities:** * Review and analyse project detailed engineering, suggesting improvements and validating site documentation to ensure its feasibility and efficiency. * Actively supervise civil works carried out by subcontracted companies, identifying and proactively managing any deviations from approved engineering. * Participate in technical and progress meetings with the project team, subcontractors and other relevant stakeholders. * Ensure maximum quality in the civil scope through continuous supervision and thorough quality control checks. * Supervise and guarantee proper implementation of environmental measures established for each project, ensuring compliance with current legislation and Eosol Group’s sustainability policies. * Prepare civil works progress and monitoring reports, documenting incidents, advances and relevant conclusions. * Manage and coordinate technical documentation related to civil works, ensuring its organisation and accessibility. * Collaborate in the planning and monitoring of mechanical works, especially those related to solar tracker installation. **Requirements:** * University degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or equivalent qualification. * Proven experience of at least 5 years performing civil supervision duties on construction sites, preferably within the photovoltaic sector. * Prior specific experience in the construction of photovoltaic projects. * Solid knowledge of office software (Office), computer-aided design software (AutoCAD) and surveying principles. * Experience or knowledge of mechanical assembly—especially solar trackers—is desirable. * 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course. * Ability to manage subcontractors and monitor their work. * Communication skills and ability to prepare technical reports. * Results-oriented mindset, proactivity and problem-solving capability. **Why join Eosol Group?** At Eosol Group, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where you will have the opportunity to be part of cutting-edge projects in the renewable energy sector. Your work will be fundamental to Eosol Group’s success and reputation in the renewable energy sector. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * **Comprehensive Supervision of the Quality Control Plan:** Lead and supervise the correct implementation of the quality control plan across all project phases, covering Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical scopes. * **Inspections and Verifications:** Conduct periodic inspections and carry out Start-Up Checkpoints (PPIs) directly in the field, documenting each finding in detail. * **Non-Conformance Management (NC):** Be responsible for opening, rigorously tracking, and effectively closing all Non-Conformances identified during the construction process. * **Documentation and Reporting:** Prepare detailed progress reports, manage the project’s technical documentation, and compile the Final Project Dossier, ensuring all information is complete and well-organized. * **Collaboration and Communication:** Attend key project meetings, contributing your expertise and ensuring alignment among all teams on quality matters. * **Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL):** Act as a Preventive Resource (RP) and provide essential support for all Occupational Risk Prevention initiatives and procedures, promoting a safe and healthy working environment. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Academic Qualification:** Degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical/scientific field providing a solid theoretical foundation. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 5 years’ demonstrable experience performing duties similar to those described, especially in quality supervision and control for construction projects. * **Specific PV Experience:** Relevant prior experience in photovoltaic projects.
