### **This is a temporary opportunity to cover a maternity leave, with a contract scheduled until the end of the year.**
**What will you do in this role?**
In this role, you will be a key contributor to warehouse operations, ensuring products are received, managed, and distributed efficiently and accurately. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include order preparation and management, as well as monitoring stock inflows and outflows, always maintaining traceability and process quality.
You will work closely with other teams to ensure equipment, facilities, and processes operate correctly. You will also help maintain a safe and organized workplace, participating in activity reporting and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that optimize warehouse performance.
**What do you need to succeed?**
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong combination of operational experience, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a demanding environment.
* Proven experience in warehouse operations, ideally with at least 3 years in a similar role and knowledge of safety regulations
* Proficiency in computer tools, including MS Office and warehouse management software; SAP experience is a plus
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
* A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a focus on quality and continuous improvement
**The anticipated base salary range for this role is between €25,500 and €38,000 per year.**
**The final base salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on objective factors related to the role, including (but not limited to) relevant competencies, qualifications, and experience, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location, and internal equity criteria. Compensation decisions are made using consistent, gender-neutral criteria aligned with applicable pay transparency laws. This position has been evaluated within our internal framework and assigned to a defined salary band to ensure consistency and equity.**
