CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS is seeking a RECEPTION ASSISTANT to work at our hotels located in SABADELL. The main responsibilities are as follows: * Check-in / Check-out. * Control and tracking of room keys. * Safe deposit box rentals. * Cash reconciliation and handover to the colleague on the next shift. * Full responsibility for all matters arising during your working shift. • Incident management (but not resolution). * Luggage management. * Room changes. * Mail handling. * Room sales. * Management of switchboard calls. * Supervision of bell staff under your responsibility. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 1 year of experience in reception. * Tourism-related studies. * Advanced English + other languages are an asset. * Customer-oriented attitude. * SAP knowledge will be highly valued.
