**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Escofet by Molins** transforms cities and enhances the use of public space through the design and industrialization of urban elements and architectural concrete. We are closely linked to Barcelona, yet we project our Mediterranean character internationally—present in avenues, parks, streets, and squares around the world.
We contribute to comprehensive urban design projects, creating urban landscapes through our business lines: **Urban Life** (urban elements), **Lighting** (public lighting), **Walking** (pavements), and **Building** (architectural concrete).
The selected candidate will be responsible for performing typical warehouse tasks such as inventory control, material receipt, preparation and packaging of components for shipment, logistical support to staff, etc., under the supervision of the
Warehouse Manager or, as applicable, the Procurement Manager, and in accordance with established rules and procedures.
**WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?**
Among other duties, the following are highlighted:
* Receive material orders in the warehouse and monitor stock levels of these materials.
* Quality control of incoming goods.
* Supply raw materials, semi-finished products, and necessary PPE to sustain continuous production.
* Prepare multi-material components and dispatch them to logistics for loading and shipment.
* Carry out transportation and loading operations for materials in the shipping section.
* Perform unloading and transport operations in the goods reception area.
* Record inventory movements and conduct warehouse stocktaking.
* Carry out administrative and IT-related warehouse processes: reviewing and entering delivery notes, handling internal orders, picking instructions.
* Maintain the warehouse, ensuring the good condition of stored materials and preventing degradation or corrosion.
* Supervise and ensure proper functioning of assigned machinery and tools.
* Identify quality deficiencies in raw or semi-finished materials used in part of the production process, and verify the quality of received products.
* Ensure compliance—and collaborate with superiors on compliance—with Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental regulations.

**Requirements**

We are seeking a candidate meeting the following requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience.
* Other qualifications, certifications, and licenses; Compulsory Secondary Education; other non-regulated courses and training; medium-level vocational training; higher-level vocational training.
* Competencies: Space organization and optimization; teamwork; commitment to the organization; communication; people orientation; service to production and logistics; results orientation; achievement orientation.
* Advanced level of Spanish.
* Availability to work rotating and mid-shift schedules.
