We deliver managed infrastructure services to major national and international clients. Additionally, we execute cutting-edge technology projects with extraordinary impact. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- You will be responsible for supervising and managing the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring availability, security, and efficiency of IT services. Your responsibilities will include: * Ensuring the availability and optimal performance of all infrastructure components. * Planning and coordinating changes to the IT infrastructure, ensuring they are executed in a controlled manner and without significant disruptions. * Collaborating with other IT teams and external vendors to ensure integration and alignment of changes. * Providing regular reports on infrastructure status and performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and service metrics. * Analyzing monitoring data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. * Ensuring the IT infrastructure complies with the company’s security policies and applicable regulations. * Coordinating security and compliance audits, and managing remediation of any findings. * Managing relationships with service and technology vendors, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs). **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- Proven experience in technology infrastructure projects. Knowledge of project management methodologies: PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum * **Education**: Engineering degree or higher vocational training in computer science or a related field. A Master’s in IT Management or an MBA is valued. * **Languages**: High-level English proficiency is desirable. * **Experience**: 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector. * **Certifications**: ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, AWS) are valued. * **Preferred qualifications:** + Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master. + Knowledge of cloud solutions. + Experience working in international environments, results-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. #### **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?** * **A diverse team**.
