ASSEMBLY OPERATOR

Description

We are seeking an Assembly Operator. Mechanical assembly of subassemblies and ophthalmic equipment. Assembly of mechanical parts, structures, housings, and supports. Electronic component assembly in equipment according to drawings and instructions. Wiring and connection of cable harnesses and connectors. Basic soldering of electronic components. Adjustment and placement of optical elements (lenses, filters, illuminators, cameras) following established procedures. Visual inspection of assembled components and subassemblies. Execution of basic functional tests according to manufacturing protocols. Identification and reporting of assembly issues to the production supervisor. Completion of manufacturing records and traceability documentation. Packaging and preparation of finished equipment for shipment. Maintenance of workplace order and cleanliness. The candidate will be responsible for mechanical and electronic assembly of ophthalmic equipment, performing tasks including assembly, wiring, basic soldering, functional verification, and visual quality control, in accordance with the company's established manufacturing procedures and instructions. * 2 years of experience. Between 1 and 3 years of experience in electronic or electromechanical assembly. Experience handling hand tools. Experience assembling precision electronic equipment, interpreting technical drawings, and using measuring instruments is desirable. * Medium-level Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) * Catalan (intermediate spoken and written) * Spanish (advanced spoken, intermediate written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Attention to detail. Manual dexterity. Teamwork. Ability to follow instructions. Proactivity in detecting errors. Commitment to quality. Ability to interpret simple drawings and assembly diagrams. Manual dexterity and attention to detail. CFGM in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnical Installations, or related fields. * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time work schedule * Gross monthly salary: 2002 * Additional information: Working hours: \-Monday to Thursday: 7\-16:30 with lunch break \-Friday: 7\-13:45 \-Summer: intensive schedule. \-Rotating shifts possible, depending on production needs.
