At BEUMER Group Technology Iberia, you can take your career to new heights within a challenging and exciting global environment. **Job Description** **Job Duties and Responsibilities** As a Project Manager, your primary duties/responsibilities will be: * Early engagement with the sales and engineering teams during the bidding/sales phase. * Execution of new sales projects—from contract signing through to customer delivery—as well as modernization projects for the installed base led by BEUMER’s Customer Care Department. * Organize projects using the BEUMER Stage Gate model—including planning, specifications, design, production, installation/commissioning, and agreements—to ensure execution within agreed timelines. * Proactive and effective communication with customers, stakeholders, and the project team to ensure transparency, clarity, and commitment throughout the project. * Lead a multidisciplinary project team across the entire project lifecycle in coordination with other BEUMER Group entities. * Lead key project management processes, including scope/requirements management, supply chain management, change management, risk management, etc. * Be proactive: continuously identify and manage opportunities and risks with appropriate stakeholder engagement; handle potential claims and late charges; and create essential documentation. * Responsible for overall project delivery—ensuring quality/capability, technical compliance, schedule adherence, and financial performance. * Develop and update the project schedule. * Prepare financial reports and monitor the project budget. * Technical clarification with the project engineering team and on\-site support during installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing. * Prepare reports, track project tasks, and update monthly status reports. * Coordinate and prepare meetings with customers, as well as internal alignment sessions/reports. * Track open items and accelerate critical project activities. * Maintain up-to-date project documentation and manage changes with the team. * Conduct site visits to hold progress meetings with customers and suppliers, if required. **Qualifications** **Desired Skills and Knowledge** As a Project Manager within the BEUMER Group, we seek a candidate with the following experience and competencies: * You hold an engineering degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or process engineering) or possess an equivalent qualification supported by relevant professional experience. * You have several years of project management experience in mechanical or plant engineering—ideally involving construction site coordination/project management—and at least two years of international work experience. * You possess in-depth knowledge in at least one technical area: mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or control/automation technology. * Ideally, you hold a PMP certification or an equivalent project management qualification. * You are proficient in SAP and project management/planning tools (e.g., MS Project). * You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner, with strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a team-oriented mindset. * You have excellent presentation and negotiation skills, along with a professional and confident demeanor. * You possess solid interface management skills to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners. * You are willing to travel locally or internationally and have excellent spoken and written Spanish and English. * Valid driver’s license. **Additional Information** As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to BEUMER Group’s growth and profitability.
