Strategic advisory services to clients on socio-labor regulations We are looking for a **Labor Consultant** to join an established professional firm, with demonstrable experience in comprehensive payroll and social security management for a client portfolio (SMEs and self-employed individuals). If you possess in-depth knowledge of **Labor Law and Collective Bargaining**, and proficiency in official platforms (Sistema RED, SILTRA), we invite you to join our team. **Core Responsibilities: Comprehensive Personnel Management Expertise** The Labor Consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all matters related to human resources and socio-labor regulations: * **Payroll and Social Security Processing:** * Monthly calculation and preparation of payrolls, extra payments, and settlements (final settlements). * Preparation and submission of social security contributions via the **Sistema RED and SILTRA**. * **Hiring and Official Procedures:** * Drafting and managing all types of employment contracts, extensions, and contractual modifications. * Managing registrations, cancellations, data changes, and Temporary Disability (IT) reports with the Social Security Administration. * Preparation of withholding tax forms (Model 111 and 190\). * **Strategic Advisory Services:** * Addressing clients’ daily inquiries regarding collective bargaining agreements, working hours, leaves, and permits. * Supporting clients during labor inspections and managing employment regulation procedures (ERTE/ERE). * Maintaining up-to-date personnel files for assigned client portfolios. **Essential Candidate Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum **3\-5 years** of recent and demonstrable experience as a Labor Consultant or Social Graduate in a law firm or consultancy. * **Education:** University degree in **Labor Relations and Human Resources** (*Social Graduate*), Law, or a related field. * **Legal Knowledge:** Advanced command of current Spanish labor legislation, including frequently applicable **collective bargaining agreements** (e.g., metal industry, commerce, offices and professional firms). * **Tools:** Expert-level proficiency in **Payroll Software** (e.g., A3nom, Nominasol, Sage) and fluent use of Social Security platforms (**Sistema RED, SILTRA, Contrat@**). * **Skills:** Strong organizational ability to manage fixed deadlines (payroll closings), attention to detail, and excellent client communication skills. **Employment Terms** * **Contract Type:** Permanent position with an **Indefinite-Term Contract** (*contrato indefinido*). * **Professional Development:** Integration into a specialized team with support for continuous professional development in legal matters. * **Compensation:** Competitive salary commensurate with technical expertise in labor consultancy.
