We are currently seeking a motivated **Controlling Trainee** to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking to gain hands\-on experience in financial planning, reporting, and business performance analysis within a dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities**
In this role, you will be expected to:* Support the preparation and update of financial and management control reports.
* Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing variances against budget and forecast.
* Participate in monthly closing activities by collecting, validating, and consolidating financial data.
* Contribute to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses for different business areas.
* Maintain and update databases, reports, and tracking tools, ensuring data quality and consistency.
* Collaborate with Finance and cross\-functional teams to resolve issues, gather relevant information, and support continuous improvement initiatives in reporting and controlling processes.

### **SKILLS REQUIRED**
**For this role we require:*** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* Strong interest in Controlling, Financial Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A), and business performance management.
* Good analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
