Country Spain Province Salamanca \- Salamanca Application Deadline 13/02/2026 Category Direct Care **NGO Information** Diagrama Foundation **Rating** (0 ratings) **info** Response Rate: 75.78% **info** **Objective** ------------ Among others, this position requires performing the following duties: * Conduct, together with the social worker and psychologist, the assessment of the minor's family unit. * Collaborate with the rest of the team to develop and implement each minor's Priority Intervention Objectives Project (POPI), ensuring individualized attention for each assigned child or adolescent (NNA), and fostering an approachable atmosphere with each one. * Provide family support focused on promoting/training in positive treatment, shared responsibility, and positive parenting; encouraging positive learning methods; and eliminating punishment and physical or psychological violence within the family context—with special attention to families where violence has occurred or is occurring. This intervention continues for as long as the minor remains in the service. * Ensure adequate coverage of all basic needs of fostered minors—whether health-related, emotional, educational, and/or recreational and leisure-related. * Establish an appropriate developmental environment across all domains within the group homes. * Communicate internal operating rules and regulations, and set necessary boundaries to ensure proper service functioning, while modeling appropriate behavior. * Convey integrative social norms; assist in channeling impulses by listening and resolving conflicts appropriately in each case. * Support in all daily life activities. * Respond to all emergencies or incidents involving children or adolescents (NNA) during one's shift. **Profile:** **Minimum Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Education, preferably, and/or a diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a socio-educational field. * Mastery of both intellectual and practical strategies required for the position. * Ability to model behavior for minors, serving as a behavioral example. * Possession of a certificate confirming absence of criminal records of a sexual nature. * Strong motivation for educational work with minors. * High capacity for learning. * Persuasive and influential.
