Job Summary: We are seeking a Generative AI Specialist to develop models and solutions for clients, applying AI to unstructured data and leveraging cloud computing. Key Highlights: 1. Active contribution to research and conceptualization of solutions The Generative AI Specialist at Bip not only develops expertise in Generative AI models but also deepens their understanding of business-related phenomena for our clients and their ability to translate those insights into solutions—and then communicate and apply the results to improve and optimize processes. Our Generative AI Specialists will be introduced to project contexts where data is primarily unstructured (texts, images, videos, sounds), and the focus centers on understanding, processing, and generating solutions from these foundational documents—which would not be processable using classical Data Science techniques. Design contexts range from using pre\-trained models (e.g., LLMs) to training new Generative AI models, including *fine\-tuning* and commercial model assimilation learning. Additionally, understanding cloud computing is important for Generative AI Specialists. Since projects often involve large volumes of unstructured data, leveraging cloud-based resources becomes crucial for efficient processing and storage. Familiarity with cloud platforms enables specialists to harness the scalability and flexibility required to effectively implement and manage end\-to\-end Generative AI projects.
