**Description:** ---------------- Princess Hotels \& Resorts is seeking Public Relations professionals for our Maspalomas and Tabaiba Princess Hotels. As a Public Relations professional, your main responsibilities will be as follows: * Resolving incidents and complaints, managing comments and suggestions, and following up to ensure each guest enjoys their stay at the hotel to the fullest. * Attending to VIP guests, groups, guests with special needs, repeat guests, etc. * Managing guest wishes and special requests before and during their stay. * Providing personalized and proactive guest service by anticipating their needs and preferences to foster guest loyalty. * Managing and enhancing online reputation (responding to reviews and monitoring and analyzing satisfaction index trends across various platforms). * Processing customer survey data and data from other channels, and analyzing results to identify service improvement opportunities. * Managing and following up on post-stay complaints. * Supporting event coordination. * Accompanying visits and conveying information about the hotel and its values to external partners or potential future guests. * Organizing and updating guest-facing information channels (preparing signage, updating digital content, supporting the implementation of commercial offers, etc.). * Monitoring hotel-related information published by external partners (reviewing tour operator catalogs). * Interdepartmental communication (service orders, coordinating special guest requests, supporting service improvement implementation). Desirable: * Prior experience in 4-star hotels. * Academic background related to this field.
