Your main responsibilities will include: Installation planning * Analyze work orders and validate their technical feasibility. * Coordinate human and material resources. * Design weekly and monthly installation schedules. * Prioritize based on deadlines and criticality. Collaboration with internal teams * Sales, warehouse, logistics, and customer service. * Ensure material availability and realistic timelines. Monitoring and reporting * Supervise daily progress of the plan. * Resolve bottlenecks quickly. * Record incidents in the CRM. * Provide weekly updates to management on progress and challenges. Continuous improvement * Analyze KPIs. * Propose process improvements and operational efficiency enhancements. * Evaluate routes, workloads, and technical coordination. Customer relations * Confirm requirements and dates prior to installation. * Validate customer satisfaction upon completion. **Requirements:** --------------- **What do you need to succeed?** Minimum requirements: * Previous experience in logistical planning, technical coordination, or similar roles. * Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, Google Calendar, CRMs such as Odoo…). * Strong organizational skills, quick decision-making, and communication abilities. Highly valued: * Basic technical knowledge of electrical installations (EV and/or PV). * Experience in related sectors: renewable energy, electric mobility, technical construction...
