Description
We are seeking a home care assistant to work in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The role involves ensuring the overall well-being of service users by assisting them with basic daily living activities: personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, mobility within the home, and supervision of medication according to medical prescription. It also includes scheduling medical appointments when necessary, and, for minors with disabilities, providing care and school accompaniment. Promoting maximum autonomy, physical and cognitive activity, and healthy habits is emphasized.
The position offers an indefinite-term contract with a 66% part-time schedule and a fixed morning shift. Minimum requirements include a medium-level vocational qualification in Sociosanitary Care Technician or Care for Dependent Persons, as well as the corresponding professional certification.
